and/or muscles. Among the conditions alleviated by massage are whiplash, low back and neck pain.
It involves the practice of kneading or otherwise manipulating muscles or other soft tissue with the intent of increasing

Massage Options
Swedish Massage: One of the most commonly taught and well-known techniques, Swedish Massage is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation.
Five basic strokes, all flowing towards the heart, are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body.
Deep Tissue Massage: A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure.
Hot Stone Massage: Stone massage involves a technique of applying heated basalt stones to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, reduces pain, and creates a sense of harmony, balance, and peace.
Chair Massage: Brief bodywork session in which a person sits facing a cushion. The neck, back, shoulders, arms, and hips are facing the therapist. This session is done fully clothed and may last between five and thirty minutes.
