some of the top Plano instructors. Our studio is located in west Plano
and is convenient to North Dallas, Frisco, Carrollton, and Richardson.

Personal Training
Private Space, Time, and a Personal Trainer
A private studio session provides one-on-one attention and focus. When you invest in Personal Training at Yoga Connection, you not only receive one-on-one focused supervision but also 6 hundred square feet of training space for 60 minutes. It's just you and your trainer, with no waiting or distractions. A private space with one-on-one assistance ensures all of your attention and energy is geared to a great workout. This enables you to stay focused and motivated!

Series Classes
Our series classes meet once or twice each week for a period of three to six weeks. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Mats and yoga props will be provided. The series classes are not available for drop-in participation. Series classes fill up fast, so please call Yoga Connection at 972-618-9642 to pre-register!
6-Session Beginner Series
This 6-session series is a fun and non-threatening way for first time students to explore the fundamentals of yoga practice. Classes will focus on learning fundamental poses, the basics of breathing and the basics of yoga philosophy. Bring a sense of humor and an open mind to class! The size of the class is limited. Classes are approximately 75 minutes in length. Cost per participant is $90

6-Session Beginner Series LEVEL II
This 6-session series is the next step in your journey, a direct follow up to Beginner's Series I, Classes will further break down the fundamental poses to help reinforce yoga fundamentals. Additional posture and advance breath work, are also designed to challenge continuing students. Classes are approximately 75 minutes in length. Cost per participant is $90

Fitness Camp 2008 4-week 12 Session Intensive Program
Improve strength, reduce body fat, increase your endurance, and confidence in this fast-paced, interval training fitness camp. Take your current workouts to a higher level and break through current fitness plateaus. This program includes 12 intense training sessions.
Prerequisites: All fitness levels are encouraged to attend!

What will I need? Water, good running shoes, comfortable clothing and towel. All other camp items will be provided.
What activities should I expect? Some running/power walking, squats, lunges, medicine ball, sandbags and more!
Can I make up missed sessions? We will have one make up.
Size of class is limited to 4 individuals. All classes are led by James Fleming, owner of Yoga Connection. Classes will meet three days a week for 4 weeks. All classes are approximately 55 minutes in length. Payment is due at the time of registration. Cost per participant is $220.(Yoga Connection members receive a 10% discount)
Flexibility and Core for Balanced Young Athletes
Flexibility with power, mental sharpness, muscular balance, and injury prevention are all key essential ingredients
for a successful and balanced young athlete. This series of classes will incorporate progressive core work and Power Yoga
postures to release tight muscles and promote balance.
Combine core work with a series of safe power yoga postures that will:
- Work towards injury prevention by opening up tight shoulders, hips and hamstrings
- Balance overdeveloped muscles
- Sharpen focus and concentration
Prerequisites: Geared towards student athletes

Drop-In Classes
These classes are available for drop-in participation at any time, no-registration required to attend.
Gentle Yoga
Ideal for those who are new to yoga or those who have physical limitations or are recovering from illness or injury.

Beginners Yoga
Beginners Yoga class is the next step in your journey, a natural progression for those who require some additional reinforcement after completing the Beginner Series. It provides a safe environment for beginners to reinforce basic yoga fundamentals through practice and repetition. This class is for students who have completed the Beginner Series course or for those who need a refresher.

Mixed-Level
This class focuses on deepening the experience of yoga. Designed to challenge continuing students while also supporting students new to yoga. Every 4th Monday, come explore and learn to calm life's stresses, deepen relaxation and revitalize the mind. This session will include meditation, breathwork, gentle yoga, and restorative postures. This is profoundly relaxing and rejuvenating.

Power Flow Yoga
This class combines strength, breathwork connected to an ever changing yoga flow. This class is perfect for students seeking a challenging format. Classes will be done in a warm (85 - 90 degree) studio in order to facilitate deep stretching and release of toxins. Be prepared to strengthen your entire body. Please bring a towel!

Flow
Integrating breathwork with an everchanging yoga flow. This class is perfect for students seeking a less challenging format than a power flow.
